Traveling east:
Take the L.I.E. to Exit 49 North (Route 110 North). Make a right turn at the FOURTH traffic light - Old Country Road. The building will be on your left approximately 1/4 mile ahead. The entrance is at the rear of the building.

Via the Long Island Expressway (Route 495)
Traveling west:

Take the L.I.E. to Exit 49 North (Route 110 North/Pinelawn Road). Once on the Service Road make a right at the FIRST traffice light (PINELAWN ROAD). At the next light make another right (ROUTE 110 BROADHOLLOW ROAD) Dunkin Donuts on the far right corner and then another right at the FOLLOWING light OLD COUNTRY ROAD.The building will be on your left approximately 1/4 mile ahead. The entrance is at the rear of the building.

Traveling EAST or West on the NORTHERN STATE PARKWAY

Exit 40South (Walt Whitman Road/Route 110) and get over to the left lane IMMEDIATELY. At the FIRST TRAFFIC light make a LEFT turn onto OLD COUNTRY ROAD. The building will be on your left approximately 1/4 mile ahead. The entrance is at the rear of the building.

From the East:
Sunrise Highway to Nicholls Road (Rt. 97) North. At the first traffic light turn left onto Collin Drive and follow it to the first left turn, Andrea Road. Eastern Suffolk BOCES is the first building on the left.
From the West:
Long Island Expressway (495) to Exit 62 (Rt. 97) South to the first traffic light. Right turn onto Collin Drive and follow it to the first left turn, Andrea Road. Eastern Suffolk BOCES is the first building on the left.


Directions to Developmental Disabilities Institute (DDI) Suffolk Support Meetings

From the West: Northern State Parkway until the end. Go to the second traffic light and make a left turn onto Old Willets Path. Take Old Willets Path for approximately one mile (crossing over Jericho Turnpike). Old Willets Path changes its name to Plymouth Blvd on the other side of Jericho Turnpike. Take Plymouth Boulevard to the first stop sign. Make a left onto Parnell Drive. Go one block to Hollywood Drive. Make left turn onto Hollywood Drive. Campus is at the top of the hill.

From the East: Long Island Expressway West to Exit 55 First right onto Motor Parkway. Immediate right onto Old Willets Path Stay on Old Willets Path for approximately 2 miles (crossing 454/Vets Highway and Jericho Turnpike) Old Willets Path now changes its name to Plymouth Boulevard on the other side of Jericho. Take Plymouth Boulevard to the first stop sign. Make a left onto Parnell Drive. Go one block to Hollywood Drive. Make left turn onto Hollywood Drive. Campus is at the top of the hill.

Port Jeff Bowl

Long Island Expressway to Exit 64 (Rte 112) North. Travel about 7 miles and cross Rte 347. Then continue for another 3/4 mile. Turn left on Chereb Lane (Rite Aid Shopping Center and 7-11 store on corner). Port Jeff Bowl is at 31 Chereb Lane. The telephone number is 631-473-3300.

Northern Parkway Take Northern Parkway East until it ends at Rte 347. Take Rte 347 to Rte 112. Turn left (north) on Rte 112 and follow as above.


The Cody Center-Suffolk Daytime Support

From the Long Island Expressway (LIE/495)
Take exit 64 north (route 112)
Turn right on Nesconset Highway (route 347).
Go 3/10 mile to left turn lane (see Health South on left.)
Turn left onto side road, and immediately turn left into the Health South parking lot. (At the end of the Health South parking lot, go to the right to reach the other buildings.)
The Cody Center is building #5.


AMF East Meadow Lanes

AMF East Meadow Lanes is located in the shopping center at the corner of Front Street (Route 102) and East Meadow Avenue in East Meadow.

Take the Meadowbrook Parkway to Exit M5E (Hempstead Tpke - Route 24 East). Opposite the entrance to Eisenhower Park, turn right on East Meadow Avenue. the next major intersection is Front Street. The shopping center is on the right hand side of the street opposite the East Meadow Public Library.

Traveling from the West

Take the LIE eastbound to exit 70

Turn right onto Route 111 South exit at end onto Sunrise Hwy Route 27 east following signs toward Southampton/Montauk.

Route 27 turns into Route 39 in Southampton.

Look for Hampton Jitney and Omni on your left.

The meeting location is in the Bridgehampton National Bank Building.

Make a left hand turn into the parking lot (park on the right).

Enter building using entrance on right side. Follow signs to Creative Therapy and Learning Center.



North Shore LIJ Center for Autism - Bethpage            Nassau Support Meetings/Daytime and Evenings

Southern State Parkway to the Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway (exit 28AN) to Route 135N - Syosset. Remain on the Seaford Oyster Expressway till Exit 7W-Hempstead. You are now on Hempstead Turnpike (Route 24). Make a U-turn at the second left - Seitz Drive (7-Eleven on the left). After the first traffic light, make the first right after the Embassy Diner. Go to the back entrance.

LIE Long Island Expressway (495) to the Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway — Exit 44 (Route 135S — Seaford). Remain on the Seaford Oyster Expressway (Route 135S - Seaford) till Exit 7W-Hempstead. You are now on Hempstead Turnpike (Route 24); follow as above.

Northern State Parkway to the Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway — Exit 36A (Route 135S — Seaford). Remain on the Seaford Oyster Expressway (Route 135S — Seaford) till Exit 7W-Hempstead. You are now on Hempstead Turnpike (Route 24); follow as above.




ACLD Lindner Center - GRASP/AHA Saturday Support

From the North:
Take the Northern State Parkway to Exit 36 South (South Oyster Bay Road) OR take the LIE to Exit 43 South (South Oyster Bay Road).

Proceed down South Oyster Bay Road for approximately two miles and cross over Old Country Road until you come to the next light, which is Stewart Avenue (there is a gas station on the left hand side corner).

After you pass Stewart Avenue immediately get into the left lane to make a left turn into our parking lot (our building is a very short distance from Stewart Avenue - it is a white, one-story building with blue windows the third building down from Stewart Avenue.)

After left turn, proceed down driveway to canopy on your right.

From the South
:
Take the Southern State Parkway to Hicksville Road/Route 107, Exit 29 North to South Oyster Bay Road. Make a right turn at the traffic light before McDonald's onto South Oyster Bay Road.

Continue on South Oyster Bay Road, crossing over the railroad tracks for approximately one mile. ACLD is on the right hand side after you pass the Bethpage Federal Credit Union. Our building is a white, one story building with blue windows.

After right turn, proceed down driveway to canopy on your right.

By Bus:
From Roosevelt Field:
Take the N78/79 to Hicksville Railroad station.

From the Hicksville Railroad Station, take the N80/81 to South Oyster Bay Road which will leave you in front of the Auto Auction Building.

The next building, on the right side, after you get off the bus is a white, one story building with blue windows.

By Train:

Traveling east:
Take the L.I.E. to Exit 34 South (New Hyde Park Road). At the first traffic light, turn right onto New Hyde Park Road. Continue south on New Hyde Park Road for 3.2 miles. Turn left onto Stewart Avenue. At the fourth light, turn right onto Nassau Boulevard. Turn left onto South Avenue (immediately after crossing the railroad tracks). The Adelphi campus is on the right.

Traveling west:
Take the L.I.E. to Exit 39 south (Glen Cove Road). Travel south for four miles (the road will change from Guinea Woods Road to Glen Cove Road to Clinton Road). Turn right onto Stewart Avenue go one mile and turn left onto Hilton Avenue. Turn right onto Sixth Street (immediately after crossing the railroad tracks). Continue onto South Avenue. The Adelphi campus is on the left.

Via the Northern State Parkway
Traveling east:
Take the Northern Parkway to Exit 26 South (New Hyde Park Road). Turn right onto New Hyde Park Road. Continue south on New Hyde Park Road for three miles. Turn left onto Stewart Avenue. At the fourth light, turn right onto Nassau Boulevard. Turn left onto South Avenue (immediately after crossing the railroad tracks). The Adelphi campus is on the right.

Traveling west:
Take the Northern Parkway to Exit 31 South (Glen Cove Road). Continue south on Glen Cove Road (which turns into Clinton Road) for 2.3 miles. Turn right onto Stewart Avenue. Go one mile and turn left onto Hilton Avenue. Turn right onto Sixth Street (immediately after crossing the railroad tracks). Continue onto South Avenue. The Adelphi campus is on the left.



AHA/YAI Support Group in Queens

From Queens:

Take the Grand Central Parkway East to Exit 21 - Clearview Expressway North (I-295N). Take the Clearview Expressway North to Exit 5 - Northern Boulevard (Rt. 25-A). Make a right turn onto Northern Boulevard. Follow Northern Boulevard East for less than 1/2 mile to 211th Street. The building is on your left hand side, and has the YAI logo at the top (it is a large building with a bank as its main tenant). It is across the street from a KIA car dealership. Parking on the street only.

From the Bronx:

Take the Whitestone Bridge to the Clearview Expressway South. Take the Clearview Expressway South to Exit 5 - Northern Boulevard (Rt. 25-A). Make a left turn onto Northern Boulevard. Follow Northern Boulevard East for less than 1/2 mile to 211th Street. The building is on your left hand side, and has the YAI logo at the top (it is a large building with a bank as its main tenant). It is across the street from a KIA car dealership. Parking on the street only.

From Long Island:

Take the Southern State Parkway/Long Island Expressway/Northern State Parkway to the Cross Island Parkway North. Take the Cross Island Parkway North to Northern Boulevard West (Exit 31 West). Merge onto Northern Boulevard and continue straight on Northern for a little over 1/2 mile to 211th Street. The building is on your right hand side, and has the YAI logo at the top (it is a large building with a bank as its main tenant). It is across the street from a KIA car dealership. Parking on the street only.

Putnam Hall – Stony Brook

Take:

LIE exit 62 North - Nicolls Rd/Rt 97

Cross the intersection of Nicolls Rd and 347

Proceed on Nicolls Rd 1.5 miles.

Left into the South University Entrance (South Drive)

Past the Dental Center Entrance on the right

Right on Forest Drive (bus stop on right side)

Right after bus stop and immediately bear left

Follow the curved road to the parking lot.

Putnam Hall will be on the right.


**Make your right into the 3rd entrance (Dental Care Center..South Campus...at this point you will have traveled 1.6 miles on Nicolls).

You will pass Sullivan Hall/Dental Care Center on your right. Make the 2nd right onto Forest Drive(you will see a sign that reads South "P" lot/West and South Campus). Make another right heading toward South Campus (you will see a bus stop there). .

Bear left toward University and Visitor Parking. Follow curved road to the end...sign before you will read "University Police". Enter this lot and park in the center parking area. Putnam Hall is the building on the right. Once you enter...the small conference room will be down the left hallway on your right hand side.
